Special thanks to Boogieman @ The Guitar Matrix Forum for posting this link.

This section is for Ibanez configurations that do not have wiring diagrams readily available.

Hum-Hum-Hum (Dimarzio)

If there is humcancelling pickup like a Virtual Vintage® model in the middle position, it becomes necessary to turn off the bottom coil of the middle pickup as well as one coil from the outside humbucker. This can't be accomplished with a standard 5-way selector switch. The diagram shows how to do this with a multipole 5-way (VLX91) Ibanez Part# 3PS1VLX91.

The stacked middle pickup will be split and shared in positions 2 and 4. It will be full, dedicated, humbucking in position 3.

Bridge and neck will be full, dedicated, humbucking in positions 1 and 5.

Quite a few Ibanez guitars will use a standard 5-way switch. It looks like this...

In order to have the switch work as it does with a standard middle single coil pickup, you need to replace the switch with Ibanez Part# 3PS1VLX91. It look like this...

Here is the pin assignment for the VLX91, in case you want to know how the switch works with the wiring diagram.
